SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Hekate’s Playground. Each ritual is prepared with care and intention. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may extend slightly. If there is a significant delay, you will be contacted via email.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if offered): 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship within the United States.

Once your package is in the possession of the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.), Hekate’s Playground is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Hekate’s Playground is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Delays caused by the carrier

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Incorrect Address Policy

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for:

  • Reshipping costs

  • Any additional handling fees

We are unable to refund original shipping charges. Please contact Hekate's Playground immediately if you notice that the address is incorrect or incomplete. Failure to do so could result in additional handling fees.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Email us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Include your order number

  3. Provide clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

We will review and determine an appropriate resolution.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because we begin processing orders quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed.
